Do milkmen even exist anymore? Maybe you should have went with a more up to date profession like a switchboard operator or a lamp lighter
Why are Rangers paying Jabba when he would have wrote exactly the same article and published it to a bigger audience under the employment of the Daily Record?
Why thank you Errr, it's a girl so I suppose in a manner of speaking, yes I took hers (hence not being Pure anymore) <newman>
Excuse me gentlemen, milkmen do still exist, although I am not sure about one In Govann that rangers did not pay. I am afraid he may have had to go into Liquidation. Surely you haven't forgot the devastation Rangers caused to so many small businesses.
I may be wrong, but I believe he is talking about an old wooden ship that was built around the civil war era. As I say though, I may be wrong.
To be honest, ML, I was thinking along those lines too. Which leads to these next three questions. What did this wooden ship do to small businesses in Govan? What has the wooden ship got to do with Rangers? Why should we remember about this wooden ship?
1. I reckon it must have something to do with the shipbuilding tradition in Govan sadly diminishing in size. 2. The socks we wear (Black with red trim) is symbolic of the chimney stacks on ships. (Don't worry, it's got more to do with being up to our knees). 3. The ship didn't let catholics on board. Hope this helps with your queries. Anything else, just give me an email. [email protected]
