CS can only sort this situation out himself, he is being paid a good salary, and needs to get his head down, train hard, and stay quite and just get on with it. That is all SB will say to him and his agent, it's up to him, and if putting him out on loan once fit until the end of the season, then he should take this chance to prove doubters wrong.

    Good to see they are playing the same formation as teh first team. SB obviously plans on using it for the long run;

"but Ben Clappison, playing on the left of the Tigers’ back three"

Im amazed at the amount of people who seem to know what Stewarts attitude is not what they think it is but whats actually going through his head.

The lads got talent but something hasnt gone quite right, Bruce just needs to put an arm round him and tell him what he has to do to get back in his plans

I wonder how many times a week ****head at Lesta has been into his lughole?
Pearson:- "Keep playing **** for them Cammy, don't worry I will have you here for peanuts, then you can show them what they are missing."
It wouldn't surprise me at all if something along those lines hasn't been going on.

Paul McElroy was playing LWB yesterday too. Thing with CS is that he has talent, just doesn't have the belief to use it. He showed glimpses on Sat but lacked composure, which shows something's up as in his first season, he was composed. To me, it's confidence. Alex Bruce and him don't get along either, arguing on Sat just as they were against Rotherham and Brighton at the start of the season.

I doubt it's "not getting on", more like Alex Bruce showing leadership & telling Stewart what he should be doing when we don't have the ball.

Why infect the reserves with CS bad attitude ? Let him train on his own until he gets himself into shape. Give him the replay to make amenze. If not then more of the same with No days off. Simples.

Hence why we wont do business with lesta and NP. If what you say has any truth let them pay what they offered last jan. £1.5m plus add ons or fooook off Pearson.

Does anyone remember when Cameron first came back from his knee injury ? I do,he played a reserve game at Ferriby and got kicked about something rotten, but showed no sign of fear at all. Then he played two proper comeback games in the first team.

At this point i was ****ing delighted, because you always worry about a players reaction to bad injurys. Stewart looked every bit the player he was before the injury. This was really good news for us,as this boy was really really good.

The very next game,he was ****,in a really big way,****ing abysmal. And to this day, that has never changed. It was the offer from Leicester that turned his head. After his next, say six games i made a thread on here, "Stewart tapped up" anyone remember ?

I stand by that one,and it fits well with everthing that's happened since. That's football agents and greedy footballers for you right there. We all want more, but there's a line.

If there is any hint of proof, i'd let the tosser rot in the reserves for the rest of his contract

So would I except that he can rot on his own. He can train when the others have left for home. But i think that Lesta have moved on now.

The lad clearly has talent. But he's needs to get his head in the right place and knuckle down. There are hundreads of players who didn't have great talent, but made the best of what they had by having the right mental approach. Ian Ashbee is a great example.

KEVIN KEEGAN. Average talent but worked his socks off each and every game.

His agent is also quoted in the article as saying "big money" was made available to Stewart. If I remember correctly, didn't we turn Leicester's offers down flat? There is therefore no way we would have allowed him to discuss personal terms with Leicester. I am not naive enough to believe that this sort of thing doesn't go on all the time in the modern game (****ing agents!), but it is technically against the regulations and I don't think anyone can deny it turned Stewart's head and undermined us as a club. And his agent has pretty much admitted it.

I dont see the point in keeping someone around who isnt in the right state of mind. This isnt one of those shows where they take clunkers and turn them into hot rods. Our coaching staff has better things to be doing with their time than trying to repair him. There are leagues all over the world so Leicester isnt the only option. Someone out there will take him if we make some calls.
