Didn't know that. Its only up the road from me and knew about her buying it well before publisised and was gutted as always my dream to buy it if i won lottery been in its surrounding garden /land many times and loved the place
I think i'd have remember her if id seen her on the Box , i take it she is the decorator version of Nigella then , as i too had no idea who she was until the last thread about her
Sort of, more of a property guru, she has been on the box for a good 10 years at least now. i wouldn't mind being a few quid behind her, she's done pretty well for herself.
She's done very well for herself, she's a property developer, a tv presenter who advises others on property development, an author, the owner of a dating website and various other bits and bobs(well, a pair a bobs actually).
That's not the whole story though is it. She gives people advise on how to develop their property, they completely ignore her, then the estate agents at the end come round to value the place and say they'd have made an extra 20-30% profit if they'd done the things she'd suggested they do and the people act all shocked and say they will next time.
True, though in the more recent series people have tended to take her advice, as most people are now aware that they'll probably end up looking a twat if they don't.
