With ****e like that they would have been just as well giving the job to Leggo. It would be far more entertaining for a start.
It's bizarre that Traynor and Jackson are basically telling the truth, the truth being that the fans have been polled and the findings were "we want a bigger league" yet because they are perceived Rangers men, their articles are derided and scorned upon. This 12-12-18 set up is a shambles. After 22 games, split into three mini-leagues of 8! What a pile of ****e! The 4 times a season fixture card is killing the game, the boring monotony of playing the same sides 4 times a season is detested by fans and players alike. We've been in Div 3 for 6 months and I'm sick of the site of Elgin city already. I watched Scotland Tonight a few weeks ago (Novemberish) and the had an esteemed panel of Gordon Smith, Graham Speirs, Bobby Petta and a Fan, Petta and the Fan said that they didn't want to play each team in the league a minimum of 4 times a season, Petta went on to say it became really boring, but Speirs and Smith disregarded these guys opinions and went on about meaningless fixtures. So that's four huns posting on this thread (five if you count EDGE twice). No bad for people who claim to have no interest in Celtic yet are constantly on the Celtic board.
This is a thread about rangers, so yes we can talk freely on it. This is a thread about Celtic - note the lack of Rangers fans posting. http://www.not606.com/showthread.php/188294-Rami-Gershon
I do. You stated on more than one occasion you have no interest in Celtic yet barely a day goes by without you commenting on the Celtic board. I have no interest in Arsenal, ergo I do not go on to or post on the Arsenal board. It's not exactly rocket salad
Jabba and Leggo are (or used to be, anyway) pals I want Celtic and Rangers fans commenting on each other's articles but the Huns saying we shouldn't talk about this is EXACTLY the irony-free pish the article is about. Everyone outside Rangers that I know of are pishing themselves at this. Imagine a sports club warning people and the press not to talk about them Imagine further that it was written by a supposedly trained bloater from the very industry he particularly targets. Imagine mentioning fans of a specific team without any back-up in the article and then proceed to call them obsessed I hope Celtic don't dignify the associate member club with an official response. The Rangers Club website has turned into some sort of fanzine in the last couple of weeks. They'll be giving out meeting times and flyers for flegs demos next. Twice in a week, they've penned opinion articles (which a professional club would only have very specifically on onfield matters) which set about trying to noise up Celtic whilst, to the amazement of all non-Huns, they continue to trot out whilst in the uber-huff. "Don't talk about us, be careful what you say about us, just you remember that <insert pish about Celtic>" ^^ Any of you commenting about "obsession" on our board after a club statment like that need to overlook the carbolic soap and get straight to the No7 foundation - slap it on thick cos bright red shows through. What's even worse about it is that he might even have a good point and the basis for a cogent argument in the league reconstruction thing. But that gets lost in the "wah, we know the rules and that we cannae vote as associate members for a few years but we'll act like we don't and wail like a goth bird getting fingered aff her da" detritus that follows. Oops. ****, I just talked about Rangers Big Jabba's gonna feed me to the Rancor of Dignity now. please log in to view this image
Neither does Jabba evidently. If you can find one article on our club's website moaning about Rangers fans and dishing out warnings, go for it. Every time I see a link somewhere to the Rangers site, it's about us. ...and then moans that we're obsessed. It's like being telt by David Starkey that you think too highly of the Tudors.
<fair><rant> I thought as I hit the post button "Better proof-read this before posting" but I didnae - fingers were going quicker than the heid. It is becoming like an Escher painting though - a multi-dimensional mirror of obsession
I'm sorry I did not know that discussing anyone who is connected to Rangers was off limits, interestingly enough Jabba seems to think that way too as apparently even the press are not allowed to talk about Sir Walter.
