    I'm just some guy who kind of likes Celtic and has no idea about rules and regs of the Sfa,Spl or SFL and I don't have Traynor's access to Sevcos leaders to ask questions before talking out of my arse...but...seeing as Sevco are not full members of the SFA, would that not stop them from getting a vote on reconstruction...because it might be against the rules?

    What do I know, I don't have the access he does
