There's nothing to prove phil he doesn't play for our club any longer, and he's not in this league so it will be impossible to tell if he would be a premier league standard player.

 

I think those with an astute eye already know he has all it takes to flourish in the Premiership, there are not many that would doubt his abilities there, and he proved that against Newcastle, not that that's, the first Premiership team he's ever played against. But your right some do find it impossible to tell, but then that's their problem!...................

 

3 games doesn't make someone a premier league standard player, if he was why didn't any premier league teams come in for him ? The only way he can prove he is capable is to play week in week out for a team in this league. You are not seeing this objectively and you are just blindly saying he is up to standard, but have no basis on your arguments.

I have three things to back my argument, Brendan didn't think he could fit in, neither did laudrup, and no premier league team came in for him, I would think his agent would have tried.
