Most threads rapidly descend into digs at other clubs and usually conclude with personal abuse. It's football and its tribal so there is no surprise here. However this thread is different, this is the Friendly Thread and as such every comment must be just that - friendly, without edge or even a sniff of wummery. Let's see how far we can get before someone can't resist a poorly disguised dig and more interestingly who simply can't play nicely for once! So I'll start: Good win for Everton last night - got to admire their season so far.
Kind of looking forward to it but with some trepidation tbh. We could win it or get stuffed we are so inconsistent at present.
I'm one of the few that want Everton to win the FA Cup as long as they don't get in the way like last year.
The LFC EFC rivalry is healthier than it has been IMHO. I've always wanted them to do well as long as it does not affect us. The nasty edge has lessened in the last few yrs I reckon. The Hillsborough togetherness has definitely helped in that regard.
I wouldn't mind that either if LFC were already out. It's harsh for Moyes to go 12 seasons without winning anything.

I am a happily married heterosexual fella, but I would like to say that I would happily do a sex with Matth.
Ok as I find being nice to opposing fans against my better nature I'm going to list players from our rivals who I always enjoyed watching. Kevin Sheedy was silky. Leon Osman is the kind of player every team needs. Gianfranco Zola was a class act both on and off the field. Mark Hughes could volley a ball as well as any player I've ever seen. Arsenals back 4 under George Graham were as well drilled as any unit in the last few decades. Big Nev and Schmeichel are the two greatest keepers I've ever seen play. That's enough for now, my head hurts
Your recent record there is as good as anyones, as much as I'd like to say I think they'll gub you, I can see you getting something from the game tbh. Nurse! Nurse!
Van Persie will score, as we are as open as Rooney's favourite gran. Think we will score ourselves though, but inevitably lose.
Here's one! I would honestly like to see Everton in the champions league; obviously not at our expense but I think it would be better to see a team and manager that has worked its balls off rather than spend money to achieve that goal. Obviously it would also give us hope that it can indeed be done on a tight budget lol.
