If we get 18 months or 2 years out of him then so what? We are desperately short of defensive options and we need experience for now, not in 12 months time. I still think we will recruit centre half in the summer as well tbh.

We havn't signed him though have we? I'll give any player a fair go. I just read the sky thing and it didn't fill me with hope that's all. We don't seem to be going for up and coming players, why not. I've never seen this lad play and if he is any good then great. However if he was 22 and any good I'd be over the moon.
