It's not a lot of money and there's a chance he'll go back to being a decent player, but I can't stress enough how ****ing terrible he was yesterday, he was worse than any player in the Orient side.

Either way, I couldn't give a ****, he lacks heart and on yesterday's performance alone, I want him out of my club.

Believe me, I know how bad he must have been yesterday. I've seen Orient play this season and they were atrocious.

I'm assuming your entire side lacked heart yesterday.

The defence/keeper were decent, Cairney and Oli in the middle of the park were okay and everyone else was terrible. There was no urgency, the pace was pedestrian, it was actually quite comedy in the second half, we were all cheering some kid we didn't know who came on in midfield and was introduced as doggie(his name was apparently Dougie and it was his first team debut).

I heard some talking about this.

Were they not making howling noises and dog barks? <laugh>

Campbell is worth a punt if nigel pearson is seriously interested. Somehow I doubt it and I detect its the ex-Hull City's manager way of attempting to throw a spanner in the well oiled machine that Steve Bruce has assembled at the KC Stadium.
Little does he know that this time around if he wants Campbell then he can have him. Over to you Nige.

It was Hull City second string, some of who haven't kicked a ball in a competitive game for weeks, and it showed.
I heard no barking from the crowd and I thought the young lad who came on for his debut was called Danny Wilson which shows how much attention I was paying (or how bad our the KC pa system is)

I would be pleasantly surprised if Stewart is better!

It's quite funny how much the opinion of Hull fans has changed in under a year.

It was the best thing they ever did turning down them bids. We got Marshall cheaper and he is better

Knockaert is simply in a class of his own in this league

Really? At the time, you were making out like he was doing it every week and set for a glistening career at the highest level!

I actually thought Lingaard looked like he had a lot of ability, his passing looked class, but he simply looked lost and didnt really seem to fit any position...

Please don't remind the Hull fans of the stupid things they've said in the past. It's embarrassing for them. Plus you'll only be accused of baiting them.

I think following his knee injury - his ****e performances and attitude are down to psychology more than anything else, and fear of another injury. He just looks gutless now! He'll be a blue square player unless he gets more focused with his attitude and application.

    £300k? Where do we sign?

Those 3/4 games came just as he returned from his injury, Derby away and then you lot at home and then maybe Ipswich (think that's wrong) at home he was unplayable. That sequence of games came just before the transfer window so at that time he was possibly our hottest prospect. Don't get me wrong he didn't only have 3/4 good games but only 3/4 where he 'ripped a team apart' as someone put it earlier.

So you raved about him after three performances against sides that got nowhere near promotion, yet you criticise us for doing similar with Wood? <doh>

I didn't rave about him that much, I just said we shouldn't accept your bid/bids. I never critised you for raving about Wood, you really need to read all that thread. Someone said he hadn't scored against good/top sides, Proud said something about him only playing twice for you and I pointed out that in his time at Millwall he hadn't either. He's a good player, I rate him and I would expect you lot to be happy to have signed him and with his start.

Maybe not you personally, but some Hull fans said he was destined for the Premier League.

You could argue, (and you obviously are) that 19 of the 24 league sides are "poor". But this is a competitive league and anyone can beat anyone. If a player hits 20 goals in as season in this league (which Wood is virtually guaranteed to do unless he gets injured) then they are a fine player. No-one will wonder about which sides a 20-goal man scores passed.

I never stated otherwise. Although obviously it'd be handier for you if he could take points off the sides around you rather than the one's at the bottom.
