Mike Dean given the Arsenal game
    Webb given the United game.

That's got United and City wins written all over it.

Good weekend for us. Arsenal, Everton and Spurs all dropping points.

Everton beginning to fade. If we beat Southampton and Arsenal at home over the next week I think that's us good for top 4, can't see this Arsenal team overturning a 13 point gap and with An improving Liverpool side to face things will only get worse for them.

Can't rule Arsenal out but they really do need to beat us, anything less than 6 points from the next 2 games makes things difficult.

If teams stay true to form over the next 5 months I think it'll be us 3rd, Spurs 4th, Arsenal 5th, Everton 6th.

Good results for us. Only problem are the Manc clubs but lets be honest, we won't win the league. We could catch City and we have a game in hand (which is cucial).. I'm looking forward to going to United, City and Liverpool this season!

I don't care about the Manc clubs personally. Liverpool losing today killed off any feint hopes they had of top 4.

It makes no difference to me finishing 2nd or 3rd. I'd much rather see City win the league anyway and this time next Sunday there's a good chance the gap will be closed. If City can remain in touch whilst Toure, Nasri, Kompany and Aguero are all absent they'll still win the league. On today's showing no team in the top half should fear going to Old Trafford. City, Chelsea and to a lesser extent Everton are all capable of winning there.

The priority is to get top 4 and for our players to gain experience. From what I saw yesterday of Southampton we should be beating them comfortably, you'll always get chances against them even on an off day whereas QPR have been tough to beat (bar that Liverpool game) since Redknapp came in

FA Cup and 3rd would suit me just fine and would be a terrific platform for next season provided we make the correct choice regarding a new manager. I think the top four will finish as is with maybe Everton pushing Spurs and ourselves.

We can't make the mistake Spurs did last season though. Spurs were 2-0 up against Arsenal and were within 50 minutes or so if completely killing off any chance of an Arsenal top 4 finish. We have to beat Southampton and drill the final nails in the coffin.

If Spurs sort out their home form and Dembele/Defoe/Bale stay injury free they should be good for top 4, in the middle of the field they've definitely declined from last season but under AVB they seem much mentally tougher as emphasised by their away form.

Hope RVP scores next week, it will be ****ing hilarious to have to see Goons cheering an RVP goal <laugh>

Has anyone ever noticed the 'Cock' that is Spurs, doesn't have any comb or wattle. This might be of interest to some

A capon is a castrated rooster. In the caponization procedure, the bird's testes are completely removed; a surgical procedure is required for this as the rooster's sexual organs are internal. As a result of this procedure, certain male physical characteristics will experience stunted development:

The comb and wattles cease growing after castration, giving a capon's head a dwarfed appearance.
The hackle, tail and saddle feathers grow unusually long.
Caponization also affects the disposition of the bird. Removal of the bird's testes eliminates the male sex hormones, lessening the male sex instincts and changing their behaviour: the birds become more docile, less active, and tend not to fight.

    Just saying <whistle>
