Not sure if anyone saw the ITV FA Cup Highlights programme last night? What a shocking piece of TV! Dreadful programme, and I expect nothing more from ITV. Their coverage is awful - remember the England v USA game in the World Cup and the Everton v Liverpool cup semi final I think it was (ITV went to a break during the game and missed goals in each one, the Everton one being a crucial last minute winner in extra time!). They didnt even think to talk about the games last night, just other issues such as managers being sacked etc..
Agreed, Pamela Anderson trying to skate on ice is awful viewing - hopefully she might fall over and one her tits might deflate.
Yes, it was woeful, but they do the Champions League stuff OK, I s'pose. I don't think their coverage is helped by the lack of atmosphere in most stadiums (stadia?) that seemed to somehow dampen the sense of occasion right across their coverage. Also, many of the games were lacking in quality too.
I dont think they do a great job with the Champions league either tbh. Their 'pundits' stand by the side of the pitch in away games and you can barely hear them. Sad excuse for a TV channel.
ITV is a very poor channel these days. Their latest Satursay night, prime time offering - SPLASH - is dire. Celebs belly flopping, judge by Jo Brand (who is probably the best person to judge bellyflops) and a soundrack that features lots of 13 and 14 year old girls screaming at Tom Daly in his budgie smugglers. (Watch out for a few lawsuits in about 25 years time, Tom.)

ITV = Chav TV. The lowest types watch that channel. I was flicking tonight and saw some 'Ice dancing' thing and cringed after 10 secs. It really is a poor mans channel. Sorry if any watch it but there is so much better stuff on other channels and radio.
I only watch sport on there and literally have never watched anything on ITV 2 or 3. Theyve had the HD channel for years but still have got 5.1 sound. Of course they manage to cock up the sport very often as well. awful, awful channel full of singing on ice while eating cockroaches type ****e.
Been discussing that very point with Mrs Rangercol. The older we get, the more TV seems to be aimed at either 15 year olds or people with the intelligence of a daffodil!! Dumbing down doesn't begin to cover it imo.
