I predicted 2-1! but I also said that Dirky would score again so I'll take that! What the hell is going on with Maxi Rodriquez?? I've watched games where I didn't even know he was playing but lately he just always seems to be in the right place at the right time. Hopefully this is only a sign of things to come. Finish the season with 2 wins, couple of quality signings and we are ready to start challenging for top 4 again, at least top 4. Schwarzer had an absolute stinker though. I felt a bit bad for him because he is a top keeper
He looks like the has the skill of Daglish with the enthusiasm and freakish energy of Kevin Keegan.Now thats a dangerous cocktail.As for him not being as prolific as Torres.Torres goal to game ratio was impressive.However he was a bit brittle.This lad is as tough as old boots.He can handle himself.Not only can he tie defenders in knots and make them look like Torben Piecknik,He's unbelievably strong.Not only that,He's a confident little ****er.(I mean that in the best possible way,its a compliment).He'll bloody try anything,and if it doesn't come off he'll try it again and again.His movement terrifies defenders.
yea I suppose it has been a while! Have have had a lot on with my finals coming up an various dissertations etc. Will get more involved next year when I'm doing the good ol 9 to 5 and use this as my only source of entertainment!
Still browse it. Don't contribute much though as the wums are relentless. Seems most users have left for no alternative sites and those that have have gone to sportwitness (no idea why, hardly any users and the format sucks). I agree though that the general chat boards and instant messaging aspects sort of let not606 down at times and puts people off. Have mentioned not606 to people but by now mostly everyone has made up their mind on where to go next.
Whats wrong with the instant messaging,its far better than the 3 minute rule.There is one thing that bugs me about this,if you don't press the ''remember me'' you log out without having logged out if you don't use for say 20 minutes and have to log-in again.
When the it first started it was just a wum fest on the chat bar thing also it's nice to have a conversation on a forum in the good old way. Apologies if it's improved since then.
Oh right, yea most of us hate the chat bar. Filled with wummery and childish comments; best to stay well clear, same with the General chat in my opinion.
