You might have a point. I respect that he's had to change his game under the recent managers, and he's done alright for himself given his age. I do think he does well not to hoof it often, but at the same time I am certain that Coates should be getting his sub appearances. I wouldn't play Carra in the Prem anymore, a bit too fast paced for him, but if he's to play he should play in these games. It's just not beneficial for Coates, that's all.

You never know. They did sign a magnificent replacement from Fiorentina in Nastasic, who at the age of 19 or 20 has kicked Lescott out of the squad. But players like him are rare, showing composure at a young age. The only remedy is game time.
I think sturridge should play together Suarez in the 2nd half, maybe some minutes together and then takeoff sturridge maybe. It's obvious that both of them are going to be starters in the future, so it would be good if they could get some minutes together. Suarez on LW maybe.
