I have a question for you and I ask it in all seriousness, because I really am curious and am not trying to make fun of you at all.

How many chances is an acceptable number to have allowed Swansea in this game?

Because you have to accept that, even if we allowed Swansea two very miserable chances, the game could have ended 2-2. Do you, and the others that say, "The defence isn't good enough", expect Arsenal to hold other teams completely chanceless for 90 minutes?

Attacking-wise I get it, because if you have a wonderful team that takes it's chances, you should score every chance and create plenty, at least theoretically. But defensively, unless you simply don't allow the other team any chances at all, there is the possiblity that they will take every single chance, either through luck or skill.

 

Our supporters club ran a coach down to the game today.I'd love to have gone but i'm not capable of standing for nearly 2hrs to watch a game.

I know the feeling was going to the game up until yesterday, but got a bad back of all things, can hardly stand. Must be old age

The problem is the we seem to ball watch instead of getting stuck in and STOPPING their attack in its tracks.

Opposition teams run at goal and are ALLOWED to run , no one seems to press the runners at the 30 - 40 yard mark , we let them run right to the edge of , and INTO our box.
Drives me around the bend.

 

I herniated a disc a few years back and it's caused permanent nerve damage, i even had an epidural injection to try and cure the pain but it was a failure.I just have to accept that i'll have to live the rest of my life in chronic pain
