Swansea City vs Arsenal: Match Thread.

we had it in the palm of our hands again .

And threw it right away again .

When are we gonna close up shop for 10 minutes after scoring.

Just keep posession for the next 10 mins but no, our defence is s shambles.

 

Arsenal dominated the game and created at least ten good chances. Swansea could not deal with it though. Bad finishing and some defensive lapses in the second half , but that was quite good

 

Actually this was Sagna's best game all month for me.

 

And after all that, Swansea still scored an equalising goal.

 

It really wasn't that bad apart for some defensive lapses and poor finishing. The moaners will be out again.

 

In the next game they might start with their strongest team from the start....so def can be harder.

 

Bould aint doing the business , thats clear for all to see.

 

Seeing as the other one was the Southampton game, that doesn't mean much

 

Overall a decent performance. We need to be more lethal in front of goal though.

Was a good game to watch for neutrals i'm sure.

It's a shame we have moments of slackness that let us down. I felt that overall we were the better team and but for a couple of silly moments it should have been a comfortable victory. I'm feeling much more confident that we will put them out in the replay.

That's so funny, it wasn't that bad APART from ALL THAT BAD STUFF.

 

We thought that on December the 1st. Didn't quite go that way.

 

I wonder if they think about what they are typing.

apart from creating nothing in the first half , and letting them equalise within 5 minutes of us finally getting back in it , it was fantastic.

BUT , i am confident we will do them at the emirates.

Reinforces my view that Giroud is not good enough for Arsenal. Id be quite happy to swap him with Michu if we have half a chance to.

Considering we're only 6 days into the month, thats quite an achievement.

 

Macclesfield at home is the best possible option.
