We have a manager who is only ever going to play one way so whats the point of signing graham we have connor , unless mo is going to alter his system ,where is graham going to play and where does that leave connor.
spend big on the midfield /defence and keep the system with better players coming forward .
    from these posisitions
the sale of myler is another example imo he should have been recalled as soon as catts was out and put straight into catts place , given a run of games could have saved another load of money, other teams must relish the thought of short arse larsson in the centre .
mo keeps saying about fatigue in the camp well they will be if he does not use all his resources, he knows whats going on within the club, i hope and has it all in hand, butat the mmoment he portrays a stubbourn robot approach with no desire to bow to us the supporters who want to see a more attack minded side.
ps oniel get mig nailed down and paid accordingly as without him we would be below qpr

    smell the coffee or fcoffee

MO'N only really has to answer to one person.... The guy who pays his wages. If boring football wins matches and earns money then guess what, that will keep Ellis happy. Recently, things have turned around for you. At the moment, Ellis is probably happy. As sad as it is, us fans have little say in what goes on.

<confused> The Graham thing is a rumor, I doubt we're interested in him.

Its all newspaper talk at the moment and I tend to agree. We need defenders and midfielders with pace as a priority and a pacy nimble forward to cover Fletch not a big fella. we already have one of those and he looked ready for the fight when he came on yesterday. The lad Hooper form CEltic would be a better fit for us.

I think we could have a much better run in than the teams around us and finish top 10 yet.

Who would you have then who is better and after 13 months of that one, who would you go for then?

MoN is a top class manager and we are fortunate to have him. Supporting him instead of slaughtering him will yield far better results all round.

January is a big month for us. Some winnable games coming up. 2-3 wins and we are on the up but if we **** up we are right in the ****. Just hope we have players fit for West Ham. Need O'shea fit desperately. Balls in the box constantly.

Mate you say 13 months like its a short period would you have been so understanding if it was Bruce and not oneil in charge,I'm not saying oneil isn't a good manager but not all good managers are suited to certain clubs for me he is out dated and I don't mind saying it and I'm prob not the only one who thinks it either ,I'm not slaughtering him I hope he proves me wrong and I will come on here hold my hand ups and say yep I was wrong.have you never questioned oneil before now ? I'm sure in some of your posts you have listen mate I take on board what you are saying but a top class manager would realise that a formation and or system doesn't work and change it and yet does he....
