£47 for adults! What the hell!! Well I was thinking of going but not anymore. I'm not paying £47 to see us get thumped. http://www.saintsfc.co.uk/news/article/tickets-chelsea-vs-saints-528716.aspx
To be fair, this is the only team that I have seen that have outrageous prices. Fulham was quite expensive considering their ground is a **** hole but not massively overpriced. I went to West Brom and their tickets were only £10.
It's a shame they can't fix the ticket prices for premiership games they get more than enough from sky!
Only boycotts will work, but football is such a religion that hardcore fans of all clubs will pay it.
Perhaps a high price will mean that someone who hasn't managed an away match so far will be able to get a ticket...doubt it though...they will be snatched up no problem. P.s. you can get some of your money back by removing a seat as a souvenir.
if you're 25 and under you can easily get away with an u18 ticket, ive been doing it for the past few years
It was £40 to get in Stamford Bridge seven years ago, so £47 is no surprise. I won't be going anywhere near the place (especially after yesterday's traumatic experience).
To put this into context a ticket in the Kingsland Stand for the Arsenal game cost me £45 plus a £2.50 service charge!
I will not pay big bucks to watch European champions who can't defend their crown past the group stages.
As I work every other Saturday I just buy tickets when I can go, so the opposition have no affect on my attendance. If I could select my games, I think I would select games where I think Saints could get points or games which are very important to us. I have no interest in watching any other team for the sake of it.
