We were after Mathew Ryan in November, but that feel threw because his agent was a cheeky ****er wanting too much money, so i reckon we'll go for a young boy who is up and coming
Not relevant any more. The trial has been postponed indefinitely after Ryan suffered a slight shoulder injury playing last weekend and cancelled the trip.
Not entirely convinced it was legit to start with, like I say, why trial a player you're not allowed to sign for a year? More likely QPR. Wouldn't be the first player to think they were another club, I think it was that M'Bia they've got who came out in the press and said when he heard about the interest he thought it was the Scottish team Queens Park that were after him. (might not have been M'Bia, but one of their foreign signings from last summer did)

I said I wasn't entirely convinced it was legit, QPR was an alternative offered as a potential mistake that could be made by foreign players/clubs as similar mistakes have been made in the past. What has my being a moderator got to do with it though? Do you not think there's something very dodgy about a club taking a player away from his current club whilst they're playing games, when regardless of how well the player does during the trial he can't sign for them for a whole year?
mannone would prob be a couple of millon now , but 4 million for stockdale is unreal . id honestly go for someobe like bo, who would still push jako and is more than capable still at this level and would cost peanuts. pretty sure bruce is already on the hunt for someone.
