http://boo.fm/b1142221 via @audioboo This link works via Twitter but not sure if it does on here. Bruce says only 2 or 3 played well, sounded quite annoyed about the performance but he also said he didn't know what the hell CS had done at Burnley because he has come back overweight and unfit and he said for a 21 year old that was not acceptable and he had told him this. Wonder how CS will take that, could make or break him.
I wonder if we're competing with Burnley for a loan signing. Bad mouth their handling of our player and hope the PL club takes notice and doesn't let him go there.
think today proved stewart, cairney, oli etc are simply not good enough if we wont to progress, didnt like the sound of the meyler deal looks like we havent offered enough wages and well lose him:[
Stewart really needs to get his finger out or he will end up playing in League 1/2. Was hoping he could make the most of his loan spell but given the form of our current starting 11 (and his current form) I can't see a future here for him at present.
They said on tigers player that neither cs nor bruce acknowledged each other as cs was coming off the pitch.
Very good management again by Bruce. Stewart is now at the crossroads. Get himself fit before he gets a loan, we see how he can do then if Bruce still thinks a fit Stewart is not good enough - goodbye Cam.
His fitness could explain his ineffectivity but I think it's also psychological with Stewart, he just looks so grumpy and pissed off like he's more bothered about what's gone wrong already than making sure he gets the next thing right.
Harsh but probably true the part where Bruce says if he doesnt get fit he wont be going out on loan anywhere.
Expect a cheeky bid for stewart coming in from sockface later on this month just to unsettle him futher
Cairney and Oli were probably the best players on the pitch, still can't see them getting a game though. I'd keep Cairney let Oli go
Brucey gave Stewart,a few bollocking s in the first half, to no avail. His pass in the first half back to Jako was pathetic. I don t think he actually faced the orient goal in the first half. Don't blame him for ignoring Stewart when he subbed him. He shook Mckenna's hand not that McKenna looked happy about it.
That's one of his problems he's crap with his back to goal and yet he gets himself in that position all the time. A few times Dawson and Rosenior were looking for him to go up the line and knock it over the top for him but he just came short to receive it with his back to goal every time. That's fine if you're good at it like Aluko but ffs play to your strengths, Stewart is only worth playing when he's running at defenders and he did that once today all game.
