It's just Sod's law for me. I've tried really hard to make every home league game, got to them all except Everton so far, rearranging business travel, negotiating with the boys rugby club (fortunately his coach is a good mate, can be bribed with beer). The fixtures for January worked out really well for me - off to the States on Monday, back on Friday evening via a day in Frankfurt, hoped to sleep it off on Saturday, be up for Monday evening. Now I have to decide whether to do the 100 mile each way trip on Saturday morning without the boy, when I'm knackered. Reckon I'll be there, Spurs is a big game for me for ancient family reasons, love beating them.
Have a Easy jet flight for Monday / Thuesday from Munich. Now I have to book another one unfortunately. Hope optimistically with a better result than we had against Liverpool. Looking forward to getting to LR again
Im pleased! Would have had to cancel something on the Monday night as QPR comes first. Saturday is also much easier for me to get to as I dont have work!
Pain in the arse for me. Love the evening games - unique atmosphere, and can get to them without upsetting family life.
Yet again I have to try and swap shifts at a drop of a hat. This is really starting to pee me off. I'm with Northy on this one. We never do well with the early ko's. Crap atmosphere and poor results. Man U and Reading being the most recent. And who wants to be drinking beer at 10am? Early KO's are ****e.
