Poor Elliot Bennett, commentator on live stream keeps calling him Ryan Bennett and now The BBC have credited the goal to Simeon Jackson who was nowhere near the ball ! <laugh>

Jacqui Oatley on the Beeb has got us down as drawing 0-0 with QPR, so the BBC seem to be having a good day. Or maybe that's where the first team is.

As we always knew, these players played brilliantly when in the Championship, that's why we cherry picked them (e.g Snodgrass)

If we somehow suffer relegation, I would expect us to bounce back at the first attempt as our squad is that good

Some of you may laugh, but can you honestly tell me that with Pilkington, Holt, Snodgrass and Hoolahan, we wouldn't tear apart the opposition?

I guess this is falling into place nicely. They do not look a threat at all. A team of squad players doing the business is a manager's dream. I was expecting a bit more of a cup tie from Posh but there just doesn't seem to be anything other than keeping to Ferguson's script of neat play but we just wait for the mistake and then keep it for long periods.
Decent stream for a change as well.

Some of us on here have been championing Benno and Jacko for ages but my gut feeling is Hughton is too cautious defensively to give them the chances they probably should have had by now.

Both are not tall enough for Hughton's liking and if you already have Hoolahoops on the pitch something has to be sacrificed. I can see the logic against Stoke but there have been times when you would have fancied Benno to deliver anything that Howson could have mustered in his behind the striker role or as a straight replacement for Pilkington.

As for Jacko yet again his hold up play has been ok. Admittedly you are not going to lump it up to him, although to be fair, he has won a fair few headers up to now. But he runs the channels so well and he does give a genuine threat in behind. He does annoy me how many times he gets caught offside because he has enough speed not to need that extra half a pace head start!
