    It was a nasty tackle and should of been straight red +an extra 2 games ban on top of the 3 IMO that was with intent and therefore the FA should hand out the extra

    I havent seen It but I wouldnt be suprised If It was another shoite decision the standard of reffing has been the worst ever this season IMO...

    Brighton Newcastle should be a good game. Fancy Brighton to nick it 2-1 and put more misery on Newcastle <ok>

    When your attacking talent is Shola Ameobi, I think most teams would struggle..

    Brighton's problems have been scoring goals though, apart from Mackail-Smith no one else has scored many. Missing 3 or 4 first team regulars as well so Newcastle can't even use the "not full strength" excuse as it's the same for both sides.

    Suspended for the next game now, with no Ba they best hope Cisse gets fit again quickly or they will be struggling to even find someone to play there

    He said they were on a different level to Everton before we beat Newcastle 3-1 last day of last season amongst many other things. Deserves what he gets.

    They are playing horrible football as well, lump it up long to Ameobi and Ranger and hope for the best.

    It really does seem without Cabaye and Ben Arfa they have no one creative and no way of knowing how to break teams down.

    He said something similar about Brighton when he was Southampton manage - before Brighton then went and won League 1 ahead of them a couple of years back. He's not popular there either.

    I work with a guy whos a big Saints fan.

    He says that Pardew went because he had an affair with one of the players girlfriends and everyone rebelled against that.

    Don't know if its true, but he was doing well for them then suddenly left.

    I don't particulaly want them to but can you imagine if they got relegated this year? How much would it cost to pay off an 8 year contract?

    If they continue to struggle I really do think Cabaye needs to be a target for us in the summer <ok>
