    It looks that way.

    I suppose we dont and cant have the same sort of monopoly on players from Brasil that Portugal might have(for ease of work permits etc) so I guess we have to be a little more inventive.

    It could be that in the course of scouting one player all these other heads came on the radar or a focused/ concerted effort in a region. I'd like to think it was a design though.

    Been a lot of investment in Israeli football and quality is much higher than in the past.
