London clubs, now or London clubs, then.

As most people know, London's boundary has changes significantly since 1800 to now.

Strictly speaking, there are no real London clubs, as the traditional areas (the City Square Mile and the City of Westminster) never had any football clubs located there.

Most of the London League clubs were in Middlesex, which took-up most of the area north of the Thames back in Victorian times and was the richest county in the United Kingdom:

    Middlesex
    Chelsea
    Fulham
    Tottenham Hotspur
    Queens Park Rangers
    Brentford
    Arsenal (after 1913)

    Hertfordshire
    Watford
    Barnet

    Essex
    West Ham United
    Colchester United
    Southend United
    Leyton Orient
    Thames Association
    Dagenham & Redbridge

    Kent
    Woolwich Arsenal (to 1913)
    Charlton Athletic
    Gillingham
    Maidstone United

    Surrey
    Crystal Palace
    Millwall (originally based in Middlesex)

Thursday's answer: Since the formation of the Football League, London clubs have won the FA Cup 30 times: Arsenal (10 wins), Tottenham Hotspur (8 wins), Chelsea (7 wins), West Ham United (3 wins) and Charlton Athletic & Wimbledon (1 win each).

Tottenham Hotspur's first win in 1901 was as a non-League club.

Yes, Nottingham Forest were the first current Football League club to reach an FA Cup Semi-Final in season 1878-79.

Blackburn Rovers were the first current Football League club to reach an FA Cup Final in season 1881-82 and also the first club to win an FA Cup Final in 1883-84.

FA Cup Finals 1871-72 to 2012-13

Redknapp but apart from that I'm drawing a complete blank.

Probably because an Englishman hasn't won it in decades bar Redknapp at Portsmouth.

Harry Redknapp (2008 Portsmouth) is correct.

    Two more to get...
