I wanted to have a few days off work to get pissed with my mates after a 3 day session did I try it by

1 - getting my mate to jump on my arm to break it
2 - put my arm between the railings and twist it to break it
3 - pretend that I sprained it to the hospital so they put it in a sling

I was very drunk by the way
