http://www1.skysports.com/football/news/11661/8378553? Reports in Croatia claim that Tottenham Hotspur are lining up a deal for international midfielder Anas Sharbini. The 25-year-old is currently playing in Saudi Arabia after signing for Al Ittihad in the summer from Hajduk Split. But Spurs are reportedly very keen on the Sharbini and his agent says they want to do a deal. "It is true, Sharbini is close to moving to England," Ned Kujundzic told Vecernji. "His club Al Ittihad and Tottenham are in talks about transfer and I can only say that Spurs really wants Anas. It is now up to clubs to agree transfer."
SOS seems pretty certain about cock sizes and Messi's bird seems a tad classier than a chavvy council estate bitch who got lucky....but i agree with the rest.
Another bizarre one. Already 25, only 1 cap for Croatia and has been playing for weak European teams. I thought we stopped buying these sorts of players back in the early 2000's?
I always thought that the Fryers deal had a whiff of a set up about it. Rather than contesting the amount that Utd were asking for, let him go to Belgium and then sign him from Liege for far less. Our interest in him seemed to completely disappear after it seemed that we'd already signed him, bar a few minor issues.
same guy from yesterday about moutinho, is now saying Holtby is done. someone asked him earlier today and he said it was close, and he's now just confirmed it in the last few mins. - he's trying to find out if he's coming this month, or in the summer. strangely in his tweets, he's not trying to claim that he's breaking the Holtby news (which most bullshit attention seekers would do), but actually acknowledges that others have managed to tell twitter before him and is letting them take the credit. This guy is going to be torn a new one if he's telling bullshit. However, with other people saying he's credible and got everything right last summer, It'd surprise me if it's crap. also says he knows nothing of this croatian lad. once again... just the messenger.
So, is this guy now claiming that we're signing both Holtby & Moutinho? Or is he now saying that he was wrong about Moutinho?
he is saying that holtby is done and moutinho is up to moutinho, as the clubs are all agreed. - so basically no new news on moutinho since yesterday.
My sentence just sort of started going south there...it's really grey on black, isn't it...or vice versa...well, black is just the darkest shade of grey, so I'm not really wrong...of course, by that logic, it's the darkest shade of any color...and what about those little grey accents on the away shirt...and, as you say, the lighter blue parts of the same shirt...
He signed for about £1.5m, coincidentally around the time Fryers went to Belgium, but we didn't announce it.
If you bring in a big name you upset the balance of a team which has just hit its stride. You don't, a key player or two gets hurt, and you realize you could have saved the season by bringing in a big name. So I say, split the difference, and bring in a couple of players big enough to upset the balance, but ineffective enough to not be adequate replacements. Seriously? We desperately need adequate cover for Dembele. We will need an adequate striker if Adebayor goes to the African Cup. I'd take my chances on upsetting the club's balance if we could get Moutinho. I guess we should get Llorente or Leandro if we can. I'd think about Eirikson.
