Rick Skelton(@hullcitylive) Put the goal music tweets on twitter if anyone saw? One of them was "retweet if you think goal music would be a shocking idea" the other was "retweet if you think it would be a good idea" 70 odd retweets on the tweet against it, 3 retweets on the tweet for it. And he mentioned City's official twitter in both of them so I'm pretty sure that will be the end of that. Thank god.

When our new MD checks his Twitter feed, he's going to be in no doubt about what City fans think of goal music.

My favourite comment so far 'the only way you could have got this more wrong, was if the goal music was sung by a choir from Leeds'.

Makes sense. For sure they all deserve 2 days off after Blackpool. Maybe some of them have gone over to Burnley to help Stewart pack his bags ? Either way i dont think its a massive issue not hearing from Bruce today. Friday will do Mr Burns.

Not even close. You should listen to other around the country where City are playing. Take Lloyd and Matt Dean away from Humberside and they are not bad at all. Bring back Burnsy as sports editor and hire James Hogarth. imo.

If David Gill is back from his holidays then that maybe one area keeping Mr Bruce busy. He could also be meeting the Campbells on the way over to Manchester as a guess ?

Get a grip man. Your reading far too much into nothing. Chill out and relax. I am more concerned that we get Goal Music FFS. NOoooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooooo.

I shall be taking my rocket launcher to games if we do. Sabotage them speakers.

I would guess that Steve Brucies summer transfer budget will depend on which league we are in ? This January's spend wont even make a dent if its the PL again.

If the club have ideas for fans to vote on then simply put them on the clubs website to vote on. No need for panels as they dont work and dont represent everyones views. At least an online vote system allows everyone to have a say.

    Indeed. Lol.

How about gettuing Papa Allam to ride round the KC on a white horse wearing a cowboy hat and chucking cigars into the crowd. Happy Days indeed Don Robinson.

Great point well made. NO NO NO TO GOAL MUCIC. If they want more fans then its a simple thing to do. Lower ticket prices and also reduce the beer to £2 a pint and get in those pies that North Ferriby sell. Simply really.

True, but only with a view to misunderstandings like that one. They aren't reading all our opinions and stuff.

As I say, I told him exactly this less than a week ago. I can't believe he's gone and said he wants to do it on the radio.

Didn't hear the interview but if you read ricardo's post he was asked the question about music and gave a measured response. He wasn't for or against just wanted to gauge o pinion as " some" fans may want it.

He said half wanted goal music and half didn't, he's miles out, as I'm sure he's now well aware.

I personally don't want it, but obviously some fans have talked. To him about it and want it. It isn't some fiendish plot by the Allams.

Nobody's suggesting it's a plot, it's just a **** idea and if our new MD is talking to fans, he's talking to the wrong ones.

He probably speaks to a lot of fans, but clearly he wants to hear from more which is what this new action group is for.

If they didn't read the messageboards they wouldn't be doing their jobs properly. It's the same at every club, the media teams need to know what fans are saying about them as journos will base questions on exactly that.

Clearly a lie, and a terrible one at that.

There is noway a million years he'd sign for Huddersfield Town over Hull City.

Now can we have a thread that actually makes some sense.

He was specifically asked about goal music because someone had sent a text about it.

    Goal music FFS. **** off.

I notice it most on highlights of Wigan (I know it's rare they score) but that ****ing inane tune they put on for about 5% of the crowd to do a little pointy figure jig is just unforgivable. And embarrassing. And sickening.

"Match day experience"....it's a ****ing game of football! I hate all this rubbish.

I would like to see the front of the West stand converted into a full on food court. The whole West stand upper could become a semi executive area. Just extend the front glazed area out wards and have fixed benches and tables. Anything to improve gets my vote.

I doubt goal music would be introduced, if it was i assume it would dissapear very quickly, especially if fans boo whilst its on.

Unreserved seating would be good, a singing/standing section?, more fan friendly

i don't know, nothing really will improve the atmosphere, it's down to the fans, the thing that doesn't help is alot of the vocal fans are spread out and won't sit in E1 etc because they think its chavvy, so the singing section would probably help that

I thought it was concluded back in page 1 I was taking the piss out of itv's quality journalism. The fact anyone even considered it to be true is baffling after that link to itvs **** up was posted on this very forum just a day or two ago, and the fact that people are still falling for it is unbelievable.

A brilliant wind up I would say, wasn't intended as one but it sure packed a nice surprise. Job well done bob great work <ok>

Ever been a game of football (or baseball etc) over in the states? They make a full day of it and the atmosphere there is buzzing. A lot of that is down to their characteristics and mentalities. To try mimic that over there would need the fans to change, more than the new stuff they bring in.
