...at Blackburn Rovers. They've just announced that they will wait to appoint a new, full time manager until after the transfer deadline has passed! Brilliant planning once again from the chicken nutters... appoint a new gaffer just immediately after he has any chance of adjusting the squad. Madness.
I've heard that Shabi Singh (Spelling) their global communications director is being lined up for the job hence the delay in the announcement!
the situation is so farcical at ewood park that this may actually be true! weren't they planning on appointing a bollywood star as assistant manager last month?
They must be clucking mad. They have chickened out of making an appointment I wonder who is in the prospective pecking order? I thought they were aiming for an immediate return to the top flight!
Being short of fire power, I bet they wish Bone was still playing. Odd that Hen-ning was plucked from his role and given such a roasting. please log in to view this image
They have a good crop of youngsters, many on loan at the Bantams of course but when they play they hope to claw their way back up the table, if they can cut out the fouls.
What manager in their right mind would want to go to Blackburn? Afterall they are only paying Chicken Feed!
John Still, of the Daggers, would be quite a coop for them. At least he would allay any fears while they scratch around mid table. And they could run out to 'Goujon ny, gou, gou, gou' by Cluck Berry
Whoever they appoint, it probably won't eggcite the Rovers fans .....................................coat
Who in their right mind would Pen a new deal with them? The owners have a habit of Ruffling the Feathers of the supporters and any new manager. It would be a real coop for the owners to get a good egg in to replace the outgoing manager. Lets hope that they don't Cock up again and get another manager like Hen-ing Berg.
Sorry, squire, but I think you'll find a bit of duplication in your last post. But don't worry, I'm not expecting you to shell out on any royalties
they might as well appoint that chicken with the blackburn flag until the end of the season, could easily be scambled in to cover.
They could do worse than re-appoint Blackburn ex-Benedict Saul "Benni" McCarthy, I don't rate him that highly, but my Nan-does
Utter madness there. Apparently a load of their top players were only convinced to stay last summer by being told they'd spend a single season in the championship. Now that looks pretty unlikely, they all want out. Holding off a managerial appointment for a month, for little reason, is crazy. Rovers fans must be spitting feathers.
