    He 22 FFS, he was excellent 1st 6 weeks of season ,then gradually declined until he was dropped probably own to being overplayed, seems to have regained some of his early season form again.Peaks an troughs occur like this at 22, hes gonna be a top LFC player for many years

    Sunderland's midfield abdicated possession - simply didn't compete. In that vacuum, you, me and RHC could have bossed the midfield...

    I was with you there until you mentioned RHC <laugh>

    In fairness though St plenty of teams have been to Anfield over the last couple of years, played like that and haven't been put to the sword. Of the poorer teams we've played this last few weeks I'd say Sunderlands midfield on paper is probably the strongest. Seessegnon (I know he plays further forward a lot), Larsson, Johnson, Gardner are all decent players. Young Colback and McClean have been impressive at times too so we should maybe credit our lads for just putting in a good shift and not losing the ball in stupid places as often. I thought we moved the ball well and closed down very quickly last night.
