so reading this ...... I've never been top of the league and the only thing I want is one promotion. I can't even imagine what it'll be like if we do it. Then from that the dream is to take a team from the Championship to the Premier League. I know I can do it, I know I can. one promotion? then championship to premiership? ................does this mean after he get us up he will be looking for a move to a championship club?
Yep. Or, he could take us up again to then have a stab at his dream of Champ to Prem. But with us it's not too likely is it? Our facilities, fanbase, capacity, funds etc can't really sustain a top Championship campaign. But, I would certainly imagine that say we do indeed go up, then suppose we were fairly successful in div1. The next Championship team thereafter that sacks their manager would take a long hard look at him. I then wouldn't blame MA one bit if he toddled off to pursue his dream.
almost inevitable really i suppose. Still if we are sitting pretty in league 1 then i am sure it would be an attractive job for someone!
I dont mind if Allen goes as long as we get promoted first.He should start league 1 with us and see how far up we can go then he may jump ship.
