i'm sure you'll be right, though it does seem a bit unlikely they'll take a complete punt and announce the night before that they'll anounce it in the morning.
He could only join us on an emergency loan. So for a maximum of 93 days. If we signed him we'd have to look at the rest of the season and pick when we wanted him to be available. We could put breaks in the loan, but each section would need to be 28 (or more) days long, and I think the deadline for emergency loans is around 3 weeks into March so the last chunk would have to start before that and just use up all the remaining days. I'm saying DJ Campbell, his loan spell is up at Ipswich as they're recalling him effective tomorrow and he's waiting to hear on his future there, he's a player we wanted in the summer, and QPR need to offload before they bring players in (effectively, because they're already stuck with more than 25 players for their squad). Bothroyd is in a similar position but I don't think we'd want to pay his wages when he's failed to show PL ability (Campbell having done it with Blackpool).

Unlikely we'll go to that kind of effort! Especially as it would involve him cutting short his season long loan with Forest, a loan that doesn't have a recall clause at Sharp's request because he wanted to know for sure where he was playing his football this season and didn't want to be going back and forth or get involved in any speculation. Think we can entirely forget about Sharp!
