Happy to but will take me time to plough through the 1300+ posts! I'm out this evening and most of tomorrow so it may have to wait until Friday. If some-one can think of a short cut let me know.
I will try and go through it all and make a list then you can copy and paste it?

Find it strange how Davis could do pretty well in the Championship, but not at least do a reasonable job in the PL. He might be beaten by really good strikes, but you'd think the simple stuff would be ok. Is it all down to loss of confidence or is poor judgement revealed in the Pl.

Yeah, we really have little room for error on the GK signing. The next one needs to be proven quality & rather pricey (I'd have thought as anyone cheap will probably be a gamble....again), or we may well end up rotating four bloody similar mistake ridden keepers till May! <yikes>

As opposed to signing someone else who is young and unproven and hoping he steps up? Boruc and Davis have been low on confidence, but they have the ability. If they could find some confidence from somewhere, they'd be fine.

I agree on the young and unproven part, we need a proven keeper. As for Davis just needing confidence I'm afraid I can't agree, Boruc hasn't played enough to judge yet.

Or age, it's his reactions that have slowed, making his dives a second too slow. His shot stopping is still class and he is probably the best at it at our club.

He HAD what it takes to cut it in the PL . yes he was in a team that got relegated , but IIRC he was about to under go a fitness test for the hammers , when we were saved , he then CHOSE to stay with us .

Why he is not performing AT THE MOMENT is anyones guess ......

Really? Not from what i've seen him do in a saints shirt. Maybe on paper yes, i don't doubt he's world class but if he got injured for the rest of the season i for one don't think it would harm our survival chances to much. I agree he's a good signing but maybe would of made more sense if we were an established mid table team

In all honesty then, you really can't see a quality player then. He is simply a quality footballer. Print this post out and look at it on 5 years time, when he's destroying champions league teams for another side.

At the Sunderland game, I took my mate who is a professional coach at a pro club. 15 minutes in to the game (a poor one for saints), he said "you won't keep Ramirez long, he's head and shoulders above anyone else on the pitch. Just one example.

Yeh of course I have no doubt Ramirez injury permitting will be a leading player in the prem soon. Just think Adam and Rickie are soo integrated in the team that they are hard to replace at the moment Ramirez doesn't quite have that impact just yet. But don't get me wrong love the guy and hes gonna do great things for us if we can keep hold of him!

When he plays, he looks the most direct and creative player we have.

Not at all i love the players that look lazy Berbatov Tiss Cantona. All i'm saying is he's not been as good as i was led to believe, The likes of lallana and puncheon have for me been more impressive this season. Plus they are also "sutible" to play every game not just the ones that might suit them.

Unbelievable comment about "lazy" players. Did you see how much closing down he did against Arsenal. I just think spotting a truly quality footballer is too subtle for many English football league fans. His first touch, his movement with and without the ball, his vision to see a pass that no one else in our team can, the fact he sees things far quicker than his team mates, his directness, etc. I am not saying he has been our best performer, I am countering your suggestion that he's not as good as people are saying. He is our best footballer.
