agreed everyone has his price, and John's will be high due to the new contract and that he is an England 'keeper. Can't see Mcnasty doing a Chase

Please don't let that be the case I don't want Bunn to be our first choice goalkeeper.

How many times have I read that over the past 12 months. If we sold any of our strongest 11 then I would have serious questions over the clubs ambitions and the board.

Spot on. Not a chance we'd let him go in January. And even if we were prepared to let him go, very little chance arsenal would be prepared to pay what he is worth.

Usually I would say Arsenal would go for a younger keeper like Butland, but judging on a lot of their recent purchases Wegener seems to go for bringing experienced players. Goalkeeper wise I think a lot of clubs will be looking a Begovic but there is a lot of big clubs in the chase.

In regards to Hughton being at Celtic hope his not looking at either Forster or Samaras.

If any one of 6-8 clubs in this country come in for one of our top players, at a price theboard are happy with, then that player will go.
Fact of life is that we are not a "top club" and we also don't have the finances currently in place to punch above our weight, unlike some other "smaller clubs" who can.
NCFC still aren't going to wreck the wage structure at the club.
Personally speaking - I'm happy with that.

According to Roddy Forsyth, BBC commentator he's there to 'run the rule' over Hooper.

Can't see McNasty selling Ruddy at any price in the January window, besides, JR is injured ATM so would Arsenal really bid now? Close-season is a different kettle of fish though <ok>
