i got this idea from the Mark Lawrenson Thread and most of your fans don't like him but to me the worst pundit has got to be Jamie Redknapp, he butts in when other people talk in the studio, he follows the bandwagon far too often in my opinion.
redknapp is very poor alright but i would not put him worst... there are some really poor ones floating around the "lesser" channels. Like itv for instance.....
Garth Crookes - my word. Where do I begin with this muppet... I still maintain Lawro is the worst pundit - I genuinely have a hatred for him. Andy Townsend is a nobody at the end of the day. To be honest, I hate all pundits apart from Gary Neville.
no Savage? no Sky ones either, like Merson,Thompson,Le Tis etc. i would have Merson in there for the simple reason is he tries to take the moral high ground with some players,and this is someone who is a repeat offender for drink driving.
I know he's not a pundit, but Sky's Martin Tyler had me rolling with laughter during his commentary of QPR v Liverpool. He came out with the stat (like he does) that at this stage of the season, there has been an unprecedented number of goals scored in the Premier League. Ok, nothing wrong with that, but he followed up by saying "And the number of goals conceded is also a lot higher than in previous seasons" No **** Sherlock! Does this guy ever look at a League table? I have some news for you Tyler - Goals scored = Goals conceded. Always, without exception. What a complete plum.
Paul Merson is another moron who relies on his stupidity to come across as remotely entertaining - e.g. pronouncing names incorrectly, and when his tooth fell out.

Shearer&Redknapp. If you actually manage to listen to those two. They actually say nothing. The viewers would be better served by muted sound when it is Alan and Jamie's turn to talk
