Can't see Nige paying £2m for anyone - unless there's a promotion clause in their contract.

Nigel wont break the bank. He is very good but not good enough to go all out on him like Sven did for Matt Mils

The only player Nigel went the extra mile for was Knockaert. And we can all see why

Apparently we've bid for 2m. Can see it being rejected but you never know.

One thing I do know is that Nigel wants Millwall fans to commit suicide.

trotter is worth about £2.5m id say, but in reality he is worth more than that to the club if that makes sense. Would be a good signing, but not worth breaking the bank, we have a good midfield

seems to be pickking up on twitter, but mainly just from 4th officials tweet, who i dont trust. Just puts loads of things out there which seems logical and some obviously come off, as its what fans expect in the first place.

From what we have seen in the past fourth official is right quite often. He does get some stuff wrong but overall i think he is a reliable source

This is the tweet that starting getting people talking before fourth official tweeted

@WhoIsSigning: Here's one I'll try and get more info on. Leicester apparently bid £2m for Liam Trotter. More tomorrow #Millwall #MillwallFC #LCFC

Aren't the Knocky and Wood deals similar (£1.25m rising to £2m is we get promoted)?

Nige obviously likes to target the small clubs for purchases. Last season it was Hull and now Millwall! Millwall will probably do a Hull now, since we took Wood.

Isn't his contract up this summer, if so, then £2m is a bit steep.

One of Knockaert's goals was a bit special yesterday.

Im hoping scouts haven't seen enough of Knocky yet to bid for him in this transfer window, if we can secure promotion and have him till next January i'd be happy, actually scratch that, i'd be ecstatic <laugh>

We paid 2.5M for Knockaert apparently. He is vital to our promotion push, if he let him go then we have lost that special player. There is no limit to Knockaerts potential and all of us know we wont be able to keep him forever. But selling him now is unthinkable. I dont think for 1 second Nigel or the owners will be interested in selling. Reading the programme yesterday Knockaert loves it here

I think Trotter would be the third to last bit of the jigsaw for you, just behind a Left Back and a Centre Back!

I definitely agree that we need a new left-back. I can't really think of many around though? It's always a hard position to fill in my opinion.
