    Thought James was fantastic today, him and dd look a good partnership, getting stuck in,closing down and feeding the ball to the creative players.
    Think Andy King has got to up his game to regain his place.
    Huddersfield were ****e but you can only beat what's in front of you!

    Also any news on Ben Marshalls injury?

    Ben Marshall is fine. Nigel Pearson wasnt very happy at all with the tackle

    Apart from on that run when he didnt cross the ball and lost it to their keeper James didnt put a foot wrong. He is nothing spectacular but he does the job and does it very well. With people like Marshall, Drinkwater and Knockaert with him there isnt much pressure on James to be creative

    Which is exactly what we need - someone who puts a tackle in and is not afraid to get hurt

    Could James be the brickshithouse we've been craving?

    If he continues his recent performances then he could well be.

    On the ball his passing at times needed some improvement but as a defender he looks decent. Quite tall aswell. I would still like to see Nigel bring in a centre half

    Both Lingard and Keane go back to Man U tommorow but Nigel said he will have a word with Fergie and see what can be done. If the Nick Powell rumours are right then Nigel might try and drop him into the conversation

    Some tweets from Neil Danns

    @dannzy1
    Great support again from the travelling fans, would just like to thank everyone at Bristol for the kindness and support I have been shown

    @dannzy1
    I've thorughly enjoyed it and wish the club nothing but good fortune in the future , thank you so much -dannzy #robins

    By the sounds of them it looks like Danns loan is coming to an end. Whether that means he is coming back here or we have found a club who wants to buy him. We will soon find out

    James put in the players performance of the season today i think... or am i getting carried away? Hard to compare that to a performance of someone more attacking but he was simply fantastic. Wood and Nugents partnership was magnificent.

    Keane looked like Hobbs, solid and secure, wonder what our chances are with a bid for him.

    Keane will be in Man Us first team in 2 years time. Stringer said he was here for another couple of games. Think he is here til the end of January at the moment. NP did say we are going to talk to Man U in the next week about his situation.

    I take it there is no chance of getting him then, and we just have to respect that.

    Our midfield today was simply sensational. Hope marshall isnt out for too long though.

    Man U have both Scott Wootton and Michael Keane. Both same age and everything. Im sure they would be willing to sell the they believe has the least potential

    They may deem it a bit early to guess the best one though, i cant see their benefit by letting him go now

    Man U is run alot like Spurs, remember when we were prepared to buy Naughton or even get him back on loan and they were having none of it, now he is a regular for them.

    One wont go until the other is established.

    Absolutely no chance of a permanent for Michael Keane.
