A virus as swept through the Leeds squad with a number of unnamed players missing training on Monday. It is Leeds third game in six days during the busy festive period. Leeds boss Neil Warnock would have wanted to have picked from an almost fully fit squad following the disappointing defeat at Hull City on Saturday. Warnock is hoping to welcome back Luciano Becchio, Jerome Thomas (thought he would have gone back to his parent club???) and El Hadji Diouf to the side that lost at Hull. Becchio is carrying a slight thigh strain whilst Thomas and Diouf were both rested. Captain Lee Peltier has been rested for the past two games with a groin injury and is still a doubt. Aidy White will definitely be missing after he picked up his fifth yellow card of the season and an automatic one-match suspension in the defeat at Hull. Bolton boss Dougie Freedman is once again without a number of players and he has a few are carrying knocks going into the game. Striker David Ngog missed the win over Birmingham City at the weekend with an ankle injury and he is once again a doubt. Fellow striker Benik Ofebe is also struggling through injury. Ofebe, on loan from Arsenal, is struggling with a hamstring injury and he will be assessed before the game. Midfielder Keith Andrews is expected to start despite suffering with an Achilles injury. Freedman is still without Matt Mills, David Wheater, Mark Davies, Stuart Holden and Josh Vela through injury. By the way, everyone HAPPY NEW YEAR. MOT.

Happy New year to everybody. It's great to be back on here after so long with the site not letting me log on using facebook. (So new account) I'm going to say we'll start 2013 off with a win but I'm not going to predict the score.
Interesting stat I've just read, Leeds have made the fewest goal attempts this season. Need any more proof of negative football? I don't.
