Adel and the ACON

Does anyone know the real story of whether Adel wasn't picked to go to to ACON, or if he refused to go and wanted to stay with us to help in the struggle against relegation ?

A Moroccan fella phoned into the radio last night and said he is now the most hated footballer in Morroco 'cos he refused to go. I thought he wasn't picked (which seemed strange).

Anybody ??

 

Load of bollocks, he just wasn't picked. Diakite is going though.

I have no idea, but either way I wouldn't necessarily believe any of Adel's public statements without a barrel of salt, if his Barcelona and AC Milan twaddle is anything to go by.

 

That's what I thought (that he wasn't picked). Just the guy on the radio last night seemed very sure and VERY passionate of his countries hatred of Adel.

Go to Morroco and ask them who Tarrabt is...they don't even know, all they like is Ronaldo....guy was talking rubbish, he could barely speak english.

 

Errrr........maybe that's 'cos he was Moroccan and English was his second language......Just a thought

 

The Moroccan Coach sounds like he knows what he's doing. This might sound OTT but I wouldn't have that lad anywhere near my National Team.

My point Franckster was that it doesn't really matter if he 'could barely speak English' or not. I know plenty of twats who speak the English language perfectly.....but they are still twats (as it seems the general opinion that fella was)

 

Yeah I know what your saying....but he called up and English Radio station and spat a load of rubbish (saying the Morrocan manager even came to England to personally invite him to the ACON) and then when the guy asked him questions he couldnt understand, so they rightly just cut him off.

 

Haha.....That seems to me a good description of the call mate. He was a knob for sure. I didn't hear the bit about the manager coming over to invite Adel to ACON. If I had I would of realised even more the fella was in cuckoo land
