Is there another player called Lambert in the team, because the one I've watched is a big strong lad who scores goals and sets them up for other players. He is yet to prove himself in the Championship, but personally I'm sure he will. If we get promoted again (football gods permitting), then he may need replacing as he is probably not Prem class.

Pre-season nearly destroyed a couple of our players last summer. Feel certain that Nigel won't let that happen this time round.

Lambert could prove to be a handful and we have his improved teamwork as well as his goals..

I meant Hammond and have changed it now.

What about Dale Stephens? Do you think you'll keep him? If so, how much do you think he's worth?

If Grant Holt can make it in the Championship, so can Ricky. Not exactly the same type of player granted, but I've always thought Lambert was the better of the two.

Stephens looks promising. Had a feeling when he joined it was a done deal. It took Nigel a few weeks to put a smile on Dale's face (is he usually glum) but he seems part of the team now.

Lambert will be very useful next season. I agree he will probably need replacing when we get to the Premiership as he isn't getting any younger. Disagree about Hammond. He will be more than capable next season. Stephens will prove to be a good buy (if we buy him of course) and Gobern will come through I think. Chaplow is decent cover. Schneiderlin will obviously be the key midfielder though. Outstanding player. Disagree about the full-backs. Richardson and Dickson more than capable and Harding and Butterfield are decent cover. I would like a new centre half alongside Fonte. I'm a fan of Martin but not sure about Seabourne. New striker is top of the list of requirements.

To date I prefer Butterfield to Richardson. Danny does send some great crosses in at times and works well with Alex.
still unsure who I prefer from Dickson and Harding but both look good enough to play a part.

Gobern I feel could become a more regular player. He has gradually improved this season once getting over his yearning to perform a flying drop kick or two. He has shown some good touches and shows a lot of promise.

I liked the look of young Jack Stephens on Sunday, looked confident and capable, with a bit more bulk, he could be a class act.

If Plymouth weren't in administration, Jack Stephens would have cost more than 140k. He was already breaking into their first team, so he can't be half bad. He's right sided right?

We have a great team and great management, so improvements need to be carefully done so as not to disturb that.

Just look at Man U - their excellent management and team stability have got them the edge over the 3 teams below them who have better teams on paper.

Harding and Butterfield are out of contract so expect them to leave in the summer.

    New team:
Davis, New RB, Fonte, New CB, New LB, Chamberlain or New RWM, Schneiderlin, Hammond, Lallana, New CF and Lambert
