So West Ham, the team single-handedly kept up by Adam Pearson last year, look like they're probably gonna go down this season.

This has made me more confident than ever that we WILL reach the Premier League again. With Phil Brown in charge.

    Thoughts?

No. I've thought this through... everything has a way of correcting itself in the end... don't you see? Don't you see?

    We have hope, at last.

I'm pretty sure this is a wind up, even for you this seems an extreme way to look at things! Or maybe you've had a few cheeky ones down the Student Union bar? <ale>

Not one to be churlish but I thought I should highlight a major fact in relation to your post.

1, Phil Brown is no longer our manager.
2, West Ham are not relegated yet.
3, I've read an awful lot of your posts which vary wildly from mildly entertaining and factually correct to delusional rantings. Our performances got us relegated last season not Adam Pearson. Players who were brought in to improve the side didn't step up to the plate when it counted, lucky for us those player are plying their trade elsewhere at the moment.
4, Everyone on here has the interests of the club at heart but you really need to get over our relegation last season and the part Adam Pearson played. Yes he got the timing wrong in relation to Brown's sacking and he should have gone long before he did or should have kept his job until the end of the season. The appointment of Iain Dowie was not the correct one, however he is all we could get with the resources available to us.

I am now over this, on the whole over the entirety of Adam Pearsons tenure the club is in a lot better position than it was before, where others promised he delivered. Yes he sold to Bartlett but he cannot be blamed for the way they conducted themselves, just as Harold Needler cannot be blamed for the conduct of his family following his death.

Pretty much what most of us would put, only i think (hope) he's only doing this for a wind up, probably why most of us haven't replied in depth. It's a shame as TWF showed he could start a sensible debate with the Hobbs' thread earlier, and when things are put in the right way i don't mind reading what he has to say. But when he comes out with stuff like this i do worry about him <doh>

So you're pretty much admitting that what you said was utter bollocks? Like i said on this thread, it was good to see you partake in a sensible conversation earlier with the Jack Hobbs thread, it's a shae when you revert back to this.

It was an attempt at self-parody that evidently backfired.

Fair enough, would be good to see you making an attempt at sensible conversation again soon. Playing the clown is becoming rather tedious.

Don't worry Tony, I noticed. However, I actually think you're more of a **** now that you've tried to curry favour with a warped thread like this.

You took away any seriousness from this thread when you called it a self parody, therefore i can't take any of what you say here seriously. Like i said, your thread earlier on Jack Hobbs was decent and created a good debate, the topic of this thread is pretty ridiculous and most of us know you're playing the clown.
