****ing hell, that's way out of order. Thankfully we are blessed with Brixton and Nuts who don't take kindly to racists. (is that you, "D")
Granero took the free kick and it did well to reach the dead ball line!! What this should tell you is that the majority of our fans have a very different view of Taarabt than yours. And these are the ones who actually go to games. Immediately after Granero's joke of a free kick, a large section also sang "Taarabt's too good for you"! You're pissing into the wind mate.
Not exactly. Back in October there the #BestFootballChants hashtag was doing the rounds on Twitter. One QPR fan's contribution was to the effect that his favourite some was "gas chambers, gas chambers", which he'd sung when he played Spurs at Loftus Road last season. I wrote a blog piece mentioning this and more than one WATRB regular laid into me for being "too sensitive" about the Holocaust and telling me that I should "get over it". When I took issue (again, I do admit I took issue pretty vigorously), I got my warning. It did not seem to be the case that equal opprobrium was directed at those who'd made the remarks to which I objected.
Ah that old chestnut. How many times have you wheeled that one out this season to support another listless display from your boy wonder? Not like all Taarabt's efforts this season of course , A large stupid section who've obviously never watched proper footballers might have sang it alright..............................But an even larger section didn't!
"Just perhaps" what? C'mon spit it out. Just perhaps that's me posting over there? You're vile you know that?
Either your obvious bias against Taarabt simply just stops you seeing anything good that he does (even hunched over your computer) or, and this is more likely, you simply know very little about the game. My Nephew came to the game today who is a Liverpool fan. He hasn't seen us all season and yet he stated that Taarabt, although far from outstanding, was the only player for Rangers who tried to make anything happen. He showed some great moments of skill and was simply much, much better than Hill, Traore, SWP, M'Bia, Diakite, Mackie and Cisse. You are showing yourself up as a one-eyed, biased no-nothing who wouldn't know a good player if he shat on you!! (Yes....I'm a tad pissed off and comments like yours, from computer watching eedjits doesn't help)
I didn't watch it "hunched over the computer" mate. It was on Sky Sports 1. I watched it with one other QPR fan and about 4 or 5 Liverpool fans in the pub. And your nephew obviously doesn't know good players when he sees them because everyone I was with said he was greedy, bad at set pieces and had a dreadful shot on him. How on earth you could say that he played well is beyond my comprehension. He was crap as were pretty much the whole team. Its you who has the bias mate, not me. Take off those rose-tinted glasses for once, would you?
I didn't say he played well. I'm not getting into this with you again. Almost everyone on this thread has disagreed with you and you're simply a wum where Adel is concerned.
Some have agreed with me too. And I'm not wumming mate. It genuinely baffles me what you see in him that's so great.
Told ya...gonna be hard to convert some of the sheep !! Cant comment on T's performance as i havent seen the game, got a rough idea though from reading a lot of posts !!
The difference was he was actually trying. I know "trying" is bloody useless compared to actually doing, but he actually showed that he cared. The problem is with the individuals who don't care, they bring the whole team down.
Of course you have a rough idea because that's the way he always plays bar once every half dozen games or so! That's a fair point James. He was trying. Nevertheless, trying doesn't account for not passing to your team mates when you're surrounded by 3 Liverpool players. Nor does it detract from the fact that his shooting was awful.
It genuinely baffles me that you think he's ****. Let's leave it there shall we? Not in the mood and may say something I'll regret!
