If he tried to force a move I'd probably be fairly miffed, but if both clubs agree a fee and he agrees then I would not begrudge him of a move to any team, providing we got our money's worth then I'd be disappointed to see him go but wouldn't hold it against him.
Lambert aint going to force this. Us accepting a derisory offer would probably offend him more than out and out telling West Ham to get stuffed. I can't see this happening.
All he's said is that you've made a bid. So don't get your hopes up as the bid (if there is one) will have been rejected by now.
If you actually read what he said tomw, he is saying the moose has a terrible record when it comes to being ITK. There is definite interest because Hugh southon has reported it. I don't know why you are so dismissive of the bid. We wouldn't bother trying if there was absolutely no chance. Any potential deal however, won't be until the summer.
Moose talks out of his a**e when it comes to transfers! His sources are pure myth unless west ham would have a strike force of Tevez, Ba & Castaignos this season
Seems unlikely to happen. We don't need the money and we do need the striker. If we went down, and the Hammers made an offer then I wouldn't blame Ricky for leaving, but we aren't down yet - not by a long chalk!
If we stay up , and Sir Richard wants to leave in the summer for big money , I won't blame him in the slightest , in fact he deserves it , would not care where he went either. Mind you , if we stay up , we might offer him enough to stay here !!!
