Yes you know me. Actually think we can get something at Stoke. They have to lose at home some time and it may as well be us!
They'll be linked unrealistically with everyone from Frank Lampard to Theo Walcott, and none of it will materialise. Arry will get several loanees in, and a few will go the other way, but he then has to turn that rag tag and bobtail bunch into a team which can fight their way off the bottom. Can't see it happening.
After today think QPR are shafted. Reading also. Leaves one place open and I can still see Fulham and even West Ham being dragged into the mix.
I think QPR and Reading especially will struggle, but many people were saying we were doomed earlier this season and we've turned it around for the most part. Admittedly things are much more advanced since then, but there is a long way to go yet.
Still not until that transfer window is slammed shut. Just go back to that January transfer window in 2006 (think it was 06) and have a look at all those players Harry brought into Pompey. He must have signed them at least 6 or 7 players that month. And from being in a position of certain relegation, they survived. I can't get across just how much those 31 days concern me when it comes to Harry and QPR.
Agree Mikey but think the Arry factor has worn off a lot faster at Rangers. If he brings a new side in duringthe window he wil struggle to make them gel in time!
What is interesting is how much goal difference has moved in our favour over the last few games. Who would have believed there would be four clubs with a worse goal difference than us after those first 10 games!

It's interesting to look at the table now just over the half way line, and work out who needs to do what. Obviously we will need to find some better form than Villa and Wigan to get out of the bottom three and put some space in between, but a point is nothing to worry about now. By comparison QPR will have to produce the form of West Brom or Liverpool in the second half to get to 38 points.
It's not looking good for them but with the transfer window about to open and half the season to go it's far from over. Not that I particularly give a **** and I will laugh as much anyone if they do drop.
I wrote this comment when Villa's form was DWDDWW (they hadn't lost in over a month) and now look at them. Three heavy defeats has lead to every footballing pundit calling them certainties for the drop. I also predicted West Ham's loss to Reading so just in case I do have magic powers I'm going to go ahead and predict a Saints win on Tuesday
