How can a side move their Boxing Day fixture.??

Millwall had a clear advantage today. Not their fault but the league shouldnt have allowed it.

Our players were clearly struggling and they were much fresher. Winning most of the 2nd balls.

We had the better quality while they were clearly the fitter and probably deserved something out of the game.

Well done to Malky and the boys for another 3 points though.

Think he will need to rotate the squad on Tuesday.

Some of our team were out on their feet at the end.

Marshall is surely the best keeper in the league and to be fair to Forde he looks 10 times the keeper than when he was with us.

I think it was rescheduled not rained off, I noticed they were playing differently a couple of weeks ago. They played Leicester on Tusday 18th and won so didn't have a game from 22nd until today. I thought it was a bit odd at the time.
I dunno if they asked for it or Leicester but the Wall were the home team.

Did Millwall cancel their match because of possible Tube strikes? I seem to remember Palace fans saying they might have some trouble getting down to Cardiff for the match because the unions calling for a strike on Boxing day.

Yeah it was switched. Played before XMas.

Think the reason was the strike. Tough they should have played the same day as everyone else.

The tube stike is not an answer, because we weren't due to play them on Boxing day we were playing Palarse.
Millwall must have been going to play Brighton who they played on the 18th, because Brighton didn't play Boxing day either. But I stll don't see why it should be changed.
Both teams are from south London so if Palace fans could get here, then there was nothing stopping Wall fans getting where ever their game was due to be played.
The question is who got it changed, Millwall or Brighton?
(BTW it didn't help Brighton either, they lost yesterday too.)

Our Boxing Day game was bought forward at Brighton's request - much to our annoyance - lost at home to Barnsley as a result <grr>

Thought we deserved a point yesterday - your GK made a couple of good saves <ok>

Marshalls the best keeper in the Division in my opinion.

Henderson and Henry should still have done better with chances. Henderson had a very good game but should have done better with 2 headers.

If youd grabbed a point we couldnt have argued. We looked a very tired side yesterday though your side ran out of steam 2nd half as well.

Impressed with that James Henry. He seemed to be all over the field and at the centre of their attacks. Seemed to have the Malky work ethic about him.
