I think we will be lucky not to lose him in the Jan Transfer window the way he has played this Season, Cant wait for that door to shut with him "Still in the Building"
I'm hoping he trusts in the Brucey and goes up with us. Did he sign for two years? Might be a clause that lets him go if we don't get promoted?
There will be a few envious eyes cast over him, but I wouldn't expect any big bids for him just yet. He'll take us up.
Can't see him leaving us in January and he seems happy here. More of a worry if we're still in the Championship in the summer.
If he goes, it won't be in the January Transfer Window. There would have at least been some ridiculous rumours about Premier League Clubs being interested by now. He'll be here next Season.
Aluko's ours fingers crossed,he's a great player. But did anyone see his chance to pass to Meyler for a tap in,but instead just blasted it into a wall of defenders ? He's still got a bit to learn on that front, but don't get me wrong,he's superb player.
Ranger will be spitting feathers if he did finally go for a lot of money. I think he will stay and as long as we get promotion we will keep him.
Not really, there's still the legal status of their contracts to be decided by the Scottish courts. If we sell him for a lot of money and then they win their case we'll be due to pay them more money as his contract will have been worth more. I haven't heard anything about it for a while, but that's probably more to do with the tax cases. If they come out of those with everything being declared legal the taxman could be held liable for the loss of players like Aluko as well, then they have the choice of going after an additional party in the contract cases.
Sorry but this is nonsense. Dont see any problem in keeping Aluko at all. For starters there are 150m reasons why he wont be going anywhere. Just like James Chester. !!!
Agreed. Zaha is over rated. He does not have the same impact at the moment. Aluko is still learning and makes basic errors like not passing to a man who is free. In saying that Aluko is a class act and once the rough edges have been worked off....WOW PL WATCH OUT. NOT REALLY. IT WAS THE SCOTTISH COURTS WHO GAVE THE old rangers PLAYERS THE GREEN LIGHT TO MOVE. IN ALUKO CASE HE WAS FREE TO LEAVE UNDER HIS CONTRACT ANYWAY. WE DONT HAVE TO FEAR ANYTHING FROM ANY COURT ACTION.
Tickler, if you had any credibility left I'd go through every reason why you're wrong. As you don't, there's no chance of anybody mistakenly believing what you've said so I'll save my time.
