hope you enjoyed your son's hockey.

Wycombe were by far the worst team that have been here this season and it is worrying that that we couldn't even beat them. not looked at the stats but i think they had one shot on goal (and scored) to our 20ish - but i don't think their keeper made a save.
Plenty of opportunities but no ability to put the ball in the net. Chadders hit the post and should of scored with a header in the second half-sorry, he's a nice bloke but needs to go. numerous shots over the bar. We ran out out of ideas early on-too many long, aimless balls. Conner H should have been MOTM and was the only one that really showed any passion. Wycombe were dire and wasted time at every opportunity and ruined the game . Cowan-Hall(sherlock holmes) is obviously a good player but too greedy and passes when he should shoot, and shoots when he should pass. No idea of how to change tactics when needed- very quiet crowd but nothing to cheer about. Had we scored in the first 10 mins then it would have been a different game

positives- we always win 3-2 away at rovers and we have got tickets for Tuesday.
someone v close to us won the 50-50 draw (£600).

happy new year - things can only get better

Thanks Lyndhurst..must have been so frustrating for you but at least you were at the game..

Our Grandson scored a hat trick which helped to tie the game...he is a 10yr old and it is a joy to see these Kids play their hearts out..

No different than all the Football Kids back home..

Happy New Year..Hope things at Home Park get better.

Just posted on another thread my thoughts on the match but this time lyndhurst we seem to be in total agreement. Bleddy shambles and sorry to harp on but Fletcher has to go and now. All he will do is waste any opportunity in the transfer window and we will be stuck with more dross than we have already. We have some tallented players but the wrong man to train/lead them. Fletcher out and lets get O'Driscoll in right now.

Sensible, i don't think O'Driscoll will come here or do we have the money for him? as we have none for new players. we live in Hope

    Fletcher after the game:
Plymouth Argyle manager Carl Fletcher told BBC Radio Devon:
"We dominated for ninety percent of the game. (CORRECT)
"We just didn't put the ball in the back of the net, and that was the only difference. There was a lack of quality in the final five minutes.
"There's definitely people we want to get in, but we can't do it until we get the finances right."

    GET HIM OUT NOW

But we were better than them yet lost all the same. Goals, we need bleddy goals.

O'Driscoll is out of work again now joe and if Brent had any balls he would do the right thing in getting rid of Fletcher even though it will cost and get in somebody who can manage. He might find it cheaper in the long run because at this rate I will be opening the gates switching on the lights and doing the reverse when I leave cause I will be the only one left who goes.

Yep the money is the problem with Brent i think?

Fletcher is cheap but as you say not in the long run..now that won't be long? as if it does not improve fast we will be gone from the league!!
Don't let Fletcher lose in the January transfer... We could have a few more chadwicks hanging on...
