My God you are stupid, my prediction for the game is 2-1 to the Arsenal, with Walcott and Giroud scoring, and Ba for Newcastle. So that's what I meant by my prediction coming right.

We haven't played too badly. Oxo needs to work on his crosses, Scenzney is still a bit suspect in goal with his clearances. Walcott has played well, just made a dew questionable decisions... he needs more composure... but I see us winning this 3-1.

I'd see this as 1-1 Rosicky comes on, tempo gets upped we make it 2-1, last 10 minutes they push up and we get a counter-attacking game ender

Our midfield was dominated? for 5 minutes? Which game are you watching? We need a DM but this half hasn't shown that. It's shown us failing to build a comfortable lead.

That tame pass by Walcott is amateurish, you can go on praising a 1on1 with a keeper all day long but that was a 100% chance. He had all the time in the world to make the pass the guy on the right wasn't even near of being offside.

Weird game. We are at home but playing like the away side. We have been excellent on the counters but we are giving Newcastle far too much time on the ball. Need to press them higher up, we had a weeks rest, so there is no excuse.

I wasn't going to be the first to point out this idiots anti-Walcott garbage, but I might as well add to your comments.

Eric Wynalda on fox reckons Walcott was onside, and that's good enough for me

You are both very mature with the "idiot" thing! You should hang out.

What about the finish though? Nothing good to say about that? You are arguments against Walcott are far too one sided, so it's not a surprise to see people call you out for it.

I wouldn't say dominated, but they are too sluggish and lackluster. Theo's chance was difficult and he SHOULD have beat the GK, but there was also a defender on the line. The pass to Cazorla he ****ed up, but he's done ok (He needs to press the last defenders more though and drop deep if he needs too)

Come on Gooners, let's stick together. No point arguing over such trivial matters.

Cazorla has had a horrid half by his standards. So many misplaced passes.

Decent first half but we need to get better in the second. Going forward we look like we will find goals, but defensively we are too slow to press in midfield and they are winning the physical battle. We need to be a little more switched on and move the ball how we did for the first 25 mins.

Walcott has been quality. Can't believe people are moaning about him! His finish for the first was superb, plenty of players wouldn't have finished it. Then when Podolski put him through his movement was brilliant, his run was perfect, his touch to take the ball round the defender was great technique and then he has to hit it on his weaker foot and although he puts it the right direction he didn't get the power on it. He was unlucky with the finish but otherwise did eerything right. Then he played that rubbish pass on the break - but that happens sometimes. Overall he has been very good.

Oh and Wilshere should have stood up and been hit by the ball properly, the young pole in goal had it covered otherwise. Wilshere has been very good other than that moment though.

I want to see more of Cazorla in the second half along with more pressign from our midfield. Also i'd bring on Giroud for oxocube at some point so we can win it back when we clear the ball. Oxo has been decent but his crossing has been rubbish for a few games now, he reall needs to work on it (it's funny, i notice the same critisisms of him as lots had of walcott when he was younger! so i think he will come good).

Great pass by Podolski and solid 1 on 1 finish. Doesn't excuse the absolutely horrendous pass which would have been a much easier chance than that.

This game is highlighting how important Per is now. He would have handled Ba a lot better than Kos and Verm are doing.

I can forgive Theo for that poor through ball because everything else he's done, has been good.

Fact of the matter is, if we'd taken our chances their deflected goal wouldn't matter. So some of the blame does lie on the attackers.
