Spot on! Disappointed we didn't hold on but we would have grabbed a point before kick off!

Heads up! At least we are giving teams a match when away from home now, this is going to be vital in the 2nd half of the season.

Absolutely gutting, sure. Can't blame the players for that thronker at the end. Disappointed with the second goal though, Kelvin should be saving those.

We shouldn't even be in the position of needing a result at Stoke. We should have put away games like Norwich, Sunderland, Fulham, Wigan etc that we needed to gain wins from.

I'll bear that in mind when we go to Wigan needing three points to ensure we don't get cut adrift.

If we had beaten Sunderland no one would be complaining about this result. We have picked up 2 good points away from home.

So it's not good enough? How many would have said that a point wasn't good enough before the game?. Had we been 3-1 down at half-time would we feel differently? Yes it's a pain in the arse to lose a lead, but we got a point more than most neutrals would have predicted. I am sure that the Wigan and Reading results are colouring the response. It would have been a good point for me.before the game and it still is.

Of course we should, but what's done is done.

On a positive note, Villa are clearly ****.

You lot wouldn't even go down with a fight. Your expectations are too low. Too many here have adopted a losing mentality.

Yeah but Benteke will pull them out of the mire a couple of times. Probably against us.

What a craking game that was. Any1 blaming Guly for the draw are bloody idiots, he was class all game. He covered Shaw very well, got a few decent defensive headers in and oh yeah set up a goal. Its funny that no1 mentions kelvin davis, he was shocking today, distribution was woeful, commanding his area was not good enough and stokes 2nd goal he should have easily saved. Before the game im sure we would have taken a point so not bad without lallana and clyne. Some ppl need to get a grip, stoke arent unbeaten at home for no reason. COYR!

We would have take points from away games at Fulham and Wigan. Keeps momentum. Let's hope Cazorla picks up a knock or a red card today!

Thought before the game we'd get comfortably beaten. So in that respect, happy with a point.

But.... well, its all been said.

    Onto the next one.

    Extremely doubtful considering the opposition.

It's all well and good most/all of us saying how poor Villa are, but we still need to go to their place in a couple of weeks time and beat them. A draw at the absolute minimum.

If we lose at Villa Park - and against Arsenal on Tuesday - then I would really, really fear for us.

Today, quite strangely, is both a very good point gained but also two huge points dropped. I don't think it's a case of one or the other.
