Piss poor support from Sunderand fans today...I don't know whether it was because of the early kick off or what, but the lads didn't get the support their efforts deserved..

I did notice that some of the nuggets in the South Stand once again seemed more interested in winding up the stewards than supporting the team..

Don't think the fans had a lot to shout about. Works both ways.

This ^ was an absolute joke today, tried to chuck my 15 yr old nephew out, i interveined and went with him while they 'had a word' policeman backed me up and came back in, missed the flipping goal though!

Had a word with a steward at the end to explain that once did i see a steward ask the city fans to sit down!

The team worked their socks off, and who knows, if they had the backing of the fans we may just have got a result..

I was at a match the other week and felt guilty as I had to stand for most of the match as a group of people in front of me stood the whole game. I had a kid behind , who is let me remind you the future of the club who didnt see much of the match.
Would you get on a bus and stand for an hour and a halve if a seat was available. Its about time the people who stand for the whole game realise that they are affecting fellow supporters of the club.

I dont say never stand up but lets not just stand up for the sake of standing , do you want to upset the club and fellow fans?

The right answer is to have an are where people can stand and know it is a standing area.

But lets think of the kids who go to the match as they are the future.

hate the think of the children line, there is a section for them and they have legs, also a you can not compare it with a bus you can compare it too, how about oasis at the same ground where I stood all day.

It's the health and safety rules which the club has got to be seen to abide by for christ's sake..Also kids legs are generally smaller than adults so they still wouldn't be able to see..Also what about the people who want to sit but have to stand because ignorant people in front are standing and blocking their views..

Rules rules rules. I do not feel sorry for someone who was daft enough to move there when they would complain about standing.
