Sky sports reporting that Michu out due to ankle injury, who should spearhead the attack?

ML needs to get his togs on!
I have little faith in any of our current strike force. NOT Itay - no presence. NOT Moore - no effort. NOT Lita - too ****. Leaves DG as my (begrudging) choice. **** it give Donnelly a go.
A draw looks on the cards here.

I'd put DG up there. At least he works his socks off.

    Or go Spanish and 4-6-0

Michu's been such a revelation that it seems almost unthinkable to be without him, but whenever a seemingly unassailable first-team player has had to stand aside this season, there's always been someone to step up to the mark and surprise us. Danny should take his cue from Gerhard, Ben and others. hope Pablo's there to feed him some cute balls to run onto and his wayward finishes from Autumn can be laid to rest................

Danny for me , certainly we're down to the bare bones in the striker department. Some how though I don't think it'll be him :emoticon-0145-shake

We could do like we did in the west brom game- Pablo on the left, dyer on the right, and routs up front. Then put maybe jdg in the hole, with Leon and Kemi as the anchor men in midfield.

I really hope Pablo and Angel are playing. Radio Wales Cardiff said they're both available...

If ML brought in Shekter to link up with Michu and feels that Moore also links well with Michu then surely this is the game to play DG?
No Michu means we will change the route we take with the ball, thus maybe DG would be the perfect player in this situation (given the options). Moore and Itay aren't strikers who lead the line and are only there to pull the defence about for Michu so DG needs to step up and make his mark on this match.

Does anybody know if Pablo is starting? He will make up for the loss of Michu somewhat.

We need to see if DG is prepared to win his place back and there won't be a better opportunity than the Fulham game where the loss of Michu might actually play in DG's favour.

Campion: I would like to see a midfield of Britton - Augustien - Ki, with Ki in the hole.
He looks good going forwards but I **** my pants everytime he dawdles on the ball in our half. Just attacking would suit his game I reckon. JDG off the bench to try some set pieces later in the game.
Pablo starts if fit as does Routs.

    My team would be:
    vorm
Teindalli (Rangel if fit) - Chico - Ash - Ben
    Britton - Augustien
    Pablo - Ki - routs
    DG

I knew Michu should have called the ref a twat as he was going off the field. It would have been handy to pick up his 5th yellow card while he's out through injury anyway <whistle>

To be honest it was going to happen sooner or later and we have to get on with it. I hope rangel is back fit as well as hernandez. it would be a back for of rangel if fit, chico ash and davies. i would play leon and augustien and then dyer, routs and hernandez as we did against wba with either danny or moore up front. Fulham arent pulling up any trees at the moment. so lets give it a go. Mind you i know i will be nowhere near correct.

So my idea wasn't so bad then? He should have called the ref a twat as he was leaving the field...
Either that or slap Le Fondre for his cheating antics <grr>

I'd have like to do more than slap Le Fondre, the fckn cheek to run away celebrating. Did he get a yellow card for that? If he didn't then he should have, the toe rag.
